4. Milk:
When it comes to bodybuilding, this product has to be completely removed from your diet, well atleast for bodybuilders. Only 2% of milk contains about 38% calories and you cannot afford to take on this calorie overload with just a glass of milk.

5. Soda:
Giving up on soda reduces your calorie intake by 10% to 20% in a day. Hence, always say no to this killer drink that will spoil your bodybuilding goals.

6. Low-Calorie Snack:
Though these are known as low-calorie snacks, these are high in sugar alcohols and can completely ruin your body. This is one of the top foods that is bad for bodybuilding.

7. Processed Foods:
Processed foods can completely spoil your bodybuilding regimen due to their rich calories and unhealthy fats. Hence, it is best bodybuilders avoid these kinds of food.
