3. Processed Foods:
Processed foods are ripped off the nutrients and have all the added ingredients and preservatives that help them have a longer shelf life. These preservatives can cause bloating of stomach and hence should be avoided.

4. Excess Salt:
Foods containing excess salt should be avoided if you want to have a flat stomach. Excess salt consumption aids in retaining the fluids in the body and most importantly the stomach region. This gives rise to a bloated stomach.

5. Dairy Products:
Dairy products are not just high in protein content but also contain a high amount of fat as well. These not just aid in putting on weight but also stomach fat. Avoid dairy products if you want to have a flat tummy.

6. Artificial Sweeteners:
Artificial sweeteners that are added to enhance the taste of foods is dangerous if you are looking at losing stomach fat. Artificial sweeteners contain fructose that causes bloating of the stomach.

7. Sunflower Oil:
Sunflower oil is high in trans fats and also omega-6 fats. These ingredients not just add to one's stomach fat but also increase the risk of heart diseases.
