Ingredients Required:

1
cup
of
oats
-
1
cup
of
diced
carrots
and
bell
peppers
-
1
tsp
of
ginger
&
garlic
paste
-
½
tsp
of
garam
masala
powder
-
½
tsp
of
chaat
masala
powder
-
½
tsp
of
chilli
powder
-
1
or
2
boiled
and
mashed
potatoes
-
Curd
-
Tangy
or
sweet
chutney
- Fried crushed corn and coriander strands for garnish
Method Of Preparation:
- Dry roast the oats.
- Add all the masalas, chilli powder and ginger & garlic paste to it.
- Now, add the carrots, bell peppers and mashed potatoes to it.
- Form the mixture into small tikkis.
- Now, shallow fry or grill the tikkis on a tawa.
- Sprinkle a spoon of curd along with some tangy and sweet chutney.
- Garnish it with some lightly fried crushed corns and coriander strands.
