Bread has become an inevitable part of our dining table through the years. But, most people like sweet bread with high amount of added sugar which will cause many other health complications, including weight gain, diabetes etc.
You have to keep an extra eye while selecting the bread you eat regularly. Instead of white or enriched breads, prefer 100 percent whole grain or 100 percent whole wheat bread.
