The protein diet that Jennifer followed comprised of 4 phases.
1. Attack Phase - The first one, eating protein-rich foods for the first one week helps in boosting the metabolism and this enables to lose about 2-3 kgs in a week.

2. Cruise Phase - In this phase, apart from the protein-rich foods one needs to add vegetables to the diet. But make sure to avoid starch-containing foods like potatoes and this helps to lose about 1 kg a week.
3. Consolidation Phase - In this phase one needs to add fruits, breads and a bit of starchy food. This prevents massive weight gain in future.

4. Stabilization Phase - This final phase includes protein-day once a week, including oats on a daily basis and eating whatever one wants. This also includes taking the stairs every day. This should be followed for the rest of the life to avoid gaining weight.
