1. Water Diet – Increase the intake of water. It cleanses body, acts like a detox and reduces weight all over. The already present stubborn fat deposits are utilised and will lead to powerful weight loss in just a few days.
2. Restrict your eating to two meals (whole grain, a glass of milk, vegetables) a day – But this doesn't mean you don't eat anything at all. For the body's requirement of nutrition, you need to choose low carb foods such as whole grain, a glass of milk or eggs and slices water rich, fiber rich veggies.
3. Everytime you feel hungry munch veggies or drink green tea – Because you are restricting your meals, you tend to feel hungry at night or during bed time. For that, plan healthy foods such as salads or herbal teas.
4. Avoid gas forming foods – Avoid vegetables like potates, broccoli, cabbage, alcoholic beverages, corn, etc. as they form gas and lead to bloat. The bloat makes your tummy appear as if swollen.
