IV diet: This is the most common celebrities diet to lose weight and get the lean figure in a week! For this diet, the dieters get themselves admitted in the hospital and get injected with IV drips. These IV drips control the appetite and provides nutrients required by the body.

Alcohol diet: In this diet, you only drink alcohol such as vodka or wine to lose weight. Do you remember Snooki's weight loss? Her drastic weight loss is through alcohol diet!

Drugs: This is one of the worst and unhealthy diet to lose weight. Many celebrities have been seen taking Clenbuterol or Adderall. Celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Kate Moss to name a few have been caught carrying such drugs in their handbags just to lose weight! They feel active and less hungry after taking them. These drugs are harmful for the body and doesn't help in the long run.

Boiled eggs: Survive on boiled eggs for a week to lose weight. This is the mantra of this diet. Celebrities such as Nicole Kidman went for the boiled egg diet for a movie role in which she was asked to look flimsy. In this diet you only have 3-4 boiled eggs throughout the day.

Citrus fruit juice diet: Having only citrus fruit juice whole day to burn body fat and lose weight fast is the short term remedy to weight loss. Surviving only on fruit juices is not enough for a healthy diet.
