4. Have excess water to prevent dehydration problems. Due to staying awake late nights, water levels reduce. Therefore, have ample amount of water. It also prevents fatigue.

5. Include vitamin E rich foods to balance glucose levels which provides energy to the body. Nuts are rich in vitamin E. keep almonds, apricots, pine nuts and peanuts everyday and much them whenever hungry.

6. Low fat yogurt, whole wheat muffin with cheese are healthy snacks. Instead of having burgers, have vegetable sandwiches.

7. Night shift working professionals should avoid having food rich in sugar and fat. These make them lazy and also leads to weight gain.
