Getting Back To Shape With Christmas Diet!

Getting Back To Shape With Christmas Diet
1. Although the desserts like cakes, chocolates, sugar coated delicacies are difficult to resist this season, we suggest you to keep it minimal. Watch your calorie intake. The food that you eat shouldn't exceed 1250 calories. Remember that those 1250 calories that you choose will need to be healthy, low fat and carbs.
2. The fried chicken can replace chicken soy soup. Spicy staters can be exchanged with fresh vegetable salads. Delicious cakes can be relished with the icing and chocolate sauce. Ice creams, milkshakes and smoothies can shift to flavoured soy milk, fresh fruit drinks etc.
3. Plan your meals by writing it in a table format. Your breakfast can have a slice of cake with a fruit juice and a salad. Lunch can be simple with a fibrous vegetable soup and a low fat chicken roll. Dinner can consist of a fruit dessert (no dairy products, only cut fruits and seasoned with spice) and a glass of soy milk.
4. Drinking a cup of herbal tea (like lemon, ginger and green teas) will cut down fat and provide nutrition. Dry roasted nuts and a bowl of cereal can make a satisfactory snack. Avoid coffee, milk teas and artificial flavoured perforated drinks. Unnecessary addition of sugar and salt needs to be avoided.
5. Drinking atleast 8 glasses of water will detox the body and regulate blood. Sometimes boiled potatoes, berries and boiled food (like steamed meat recipes, momos) can be preferred.
Apart from the Christmas diet, exercises like walking, cycling and swimming will help to drop a dress size and fit into those clothes that was hidden in the corner of your cupboard. Prefer dark colours, wear fit dresses like jegging, stockings that will outline your slim figure perfectly.
