Cold shoulder outfits have partially off shoulders and partially halter neck. It is a unique shoulder cut that reveals parts of your shoulder, yet keeping it decent.

Cold shoulders were first designed by fashion designer Donna Karan who decided to keep a little of skin show offs that would also look decent enough to be worn in formal places.

It is said that the former First Lady Of The United States (FLOTUS), Hillary Clinton has a personal favourite when it comes to fashion. She loves wearing cold shoulders and after the media spotted her numerous times flaunting the style, it became a trend.

She was noticed for the first time wearing a cold shoulder outfit during the 1993 Presidential elections.

Since then, cold shoulders have rocked the entire fashion world and is a current style statement too. Ranging from formals to casuals, party wear to traditional, this style has spread like a wild fire.
