Capsicum Raitha

Ingredients:

Capsicum-250gms
Onion 2
Curds 2 cups
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut(grated raw) 5 tsp
Oil 2 tsp

Method:

Heat oil, put mustard for seasoning, fry chopped onions and saute well.
Add capsicum (chopped) and fry till it becomes soft. Put off the fire. Keep aside.
Take curds in a bowl add salt to taste. Mix coconut (grated); sprinkle 1 tsp sugar, chilly powder.
Finally mix the fried capsicum and serve.
