Ingredients
- Cauliflower- 1 (medium sized, boiled and cut into pieces)
- Potatoes- 4 (boiled and diced)
- Green peas- 1/2 cup (boiled)
- Oil - 2tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 2tsp
- Asafoetida powder - 1 1/2tsp
- Onion - 3 (chopped)
- Ginger- 1 small piece (chopped)
- Garlic- 6-7 cloves (chopped)
- Tomato - 3 (chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 1/2tsp
- Amchoor powder - 1tsp
- Coriander leaves- 2tbsp (chopped)
Procedure
1.
Take
oil
in
a
wide
saucepan.
Add
the
cumin
seeds,
hing,
onions
and
saute
them
well
till
the
onions
turn
light
brown.
2.
Once
the
onions
turns
brown,
add
chopped
ginger,
garlic
&
tomatoes.
3.
Spice
it
up
by
adding
turmeric
powder
and
salt.
4.
Cook
till
the
tomatoes
are
soft,
then
add
potatoes
and
cauliflower.
Mix
it
well.
5.
Add
in
the
green
peas.
6.
Then
add
chilli
powder,
coriander
powder,
cumin
powder
and
amchoor
powder.
7.
Mix
well,
cover
and
let
it
cook
for
about
10
minutes
on
low
flame.
8.
Garnish
it
with
chopped
coriander
leaves
and
serve.
