Ingredients
- Aloo (potatoes)- 4 (diced, boiled)
- Green beans- 7-8 (chopped, boiled)
- Onion- 1 (chopped)
- Garlic paste- 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1tsp
- Jeera powder- 1tsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Methi seeds- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
1.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan
and
add
methi
seeds.
Allow
it
to
crackle.

Add
the
chopped
onions
and
fry
for
3-4
minutes.

Then
add
garlic
paste
and
cook
for
a
minute.
4.
The
add
in
the
turmeric
powder,
red
chilli
powder,
chaat
masala,
jeera
powder
and
cook
for
2-3
minutes.
5.
Now
add
in
the
boiled
potatoes
and
beans.
Cook
for
4-5
minutes.
6.
Add
salt
and
check
the
seasoning.
7.
Once
done,
switch
off
the
flame
and
serve.
Aloo beans ki sabzi is ready to be served. It goes best with rotis or parathas.
