tamarind
juice

jaggery

curry
leaves

groundnut
oil

tsp
mustard
seeds
7.
1/2
tsp
turmeric
powder
8.
Salt
to
taste
For
Masala:
1.
1/2
cup
grated,
coconut
2.
3-4
red
chillies
3.
1/2
tsp
bengal
gram
4.
1/2
tsp
black
gram
5.
1/2
tsp
cumin
seeds
6.
1/2
tsp
fenugreek
seeds
7.
1
tsp
sesame
seeds
8.
Pinch
of
asafoetida
9.
1
tsp
ground
nut
oil
Orange
Zest
Gojju
Preparation:
1.
Heat
the
oil
in
a
pan
and
fry
all
the
masala
ingredients
for
at
least
5-10
minutes.
2.
Grind
the
fried
mixture
into
thick
paste.
3.
In
another
pan,
fry
mustard
seeds,
orange
zest,
turmeric,
curry
leaves
for
5-8
minutes.
Add
salt,
tamarind
juice,
jaggery
and
ground
paste.
Bring
it
to
boil.
4.
Simmer
for
10-15
minutes
until
the
gojju
thickens.
Tasty
orange
zest
gojju
is
ready
to
taste.
