Wash and clean Methi leaves. Pluck out the leaves from the stems. Heat 2tsp Oil in a Kadai, add Methi leaves and a pinch of salt, cover and cook till tender. Let it cool. Grind it to a paste. Mash the boiled Potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add the Methi paste to the Potatoes and all the other ingredients and mix well. Divide into balls, about 5cms in diameter. Heat Oil in a Kadai and fry them till they turn golden brown. Remove on a kitchen towel and keep aside.

For the Gravy :
Heat Oil or Ghee in a Kadai, add Onions and fry till they turn translucent. Add Ginger paste, Tomato puree and the dry spices and fry till the moisture evaporates. Add the Cream and stir. If the gravy appears to be too thick, half to one cup of water can be added. Let it come to a boil. Now, add Methi balls and cook for a minute.
