lemon
zest

tsp
cumin
seeds
3.

piece
of
Jaggery
4.
Salt
according
to
taste
5.
1
tsp
chilli
powder
6.
1
cup
water
7.
1
tsp
mustard
seeds
8.
Pinch
of
asafoetida
9.
1
tsp
oil
Lemon
Zest
Gojju
Preparation:
1.
Fry
mustard
seeds
and
asafoetida
in
a
teaspoon
of
oil.
2.
Mix
the
rest
of
the
ingredients
in
a
bowl
and
grind
it
into
thick
paste.
Add
the
fried
mixture.
Tasty
lemon
peel
gojju
is
ready.
