Kele Ki Sabzi Recipe – Navratri Special

Ingredients:

  1. 2 bananas (unripe)
  2. Pinch of turmeric powder
  3. 2 green chillies (chopped)
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder
  6. 1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  7. 1 tbsp curds
  8. 1 tsp lemon (juice)
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1/4 cup curry leaves
  11. Salt as per requirement

How To Make Kele Ki Sabzi?

  1. Chop the peeled bananas into pieces and soak them in salt water so that they don't change colour.
  2. Boil them in turmeric water until the bananas get cooked (become soft)
  3. Drain the bananas and leave it aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix curd, turmeric and salt well.
  5. Fry cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies in a pan. Add to the curd mixture, stir well.
  6. Add bananas to the masala and cook it well.
  7. Sprinkle chopped coriander, arrowroot powder and lemon juice and serve. Tasty kele ki sabzi is ready.
