INGREDIENTS :

1 Cup Bengal gram, soaked for 1 hour
2 Green Chilies chopped
2tbsp. Coconut grating
2tsp. Oil
"' tsp Mustard Seeds
"' tsp Turmeric Powder
Juice of "' Lemon
Salt to taste

METHOD :

Cook Bengal gram and drain out the water. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and chopped green chillies. To this add the cooked Bengal gram, salt, lemon juice and coconut. Mix well.

Serve with rice, roti's or can be relished as a healthy snack.
