Kabuli Chana

Kabuli chana is a very tasty side dish for any Indian bread. Prepared with less oil it makes a tasty dish that all enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Little oil
"¼ tsp turmeric powder
red chilli pwd
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin pwd
1tsp coriander pwd

Method:
Soak chana for 6-8 hours.

Boil them.

Take little oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and saute them for sometime.

After that add tomatoes and as they soften add remaining ingredients and chana.

Cook for a few minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
