Boldsky shares with you an easy gobi 65 recipe which you can enjoy as a starter or as a side dish. This spicy gobi 65 goes well along side rasam-rice and even curd-rice.
To prepare this gobi 65 dry recipe, you will need a lot of spices in hand. Though this is not a time consuming recipe, it needs a lot of your attention due to the little worms present in this veggie. Soaking the gobi in salt warm water for 20 minutes is a must, before you prepare this delicious treat.

You Will Need
- Gobi - 1 whole ( cut into tiny florets)
- Curd - 100ml
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Orange Red food colour - a pinch ( optional)
- Oil - to fry
Procedure
- Boil the cauliflower until it is half cooked. When done, keep aside.
- Mix the curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, food colour and lime juice in a bowl. The mixture should not be too thick or too thin.
- Now soak the gobi into the batter and keep aside for at least 10 minutes.
- In a kadai heat a little oil and deep-fry the soaked cauliflower in medium heat.
- Garnish with corriander leaves and squeeze a little lemon over the gobi dry fry recipe.
