Easy Tomato Curry Recipe

All You Need

Tomato- 4 (chopped)
Onions- 2 (chopped)
Green chillies- 3 (slit vertically)
Grated coconut- ½ cup
Red chilli powder- ¾ tbsp
Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
Mustard seeds- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt- to taste
Coconut oil- as required

Procedure

1. First, take a pan and heat a little oil in it. Now, add the mustard seeds and wait till it splutters. Now, add tomatoes and green chillies into it.
2. Saute it till the tomatoes are cooked well. Add some water into it and make it a thick gravy.
3. In the meantime, add grated coconut, onions and a little water in a mixer and grind it into a paste.
4. Now, add this mixture into the pan along with some water.
5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and curry leaves into this gravy. Stir well.
6. Add some more water and cook the mixture for another 10 minutes.
