tamarind
juice

Jaggery
4.
Salt
according
to
taste

tsp
chilli
powder
6.

cup
water
7.

tsp
mustard
seeds
8.
Pinch
of
asafoetida
9.
1
tsp
oil
Cucumber
Gojju
Preparation:
1.
Fry
mustard
seeds
and
asafoetida
in
a
teaspoon
of
oil.
2.
Mix
the
rest
of
the
ingredients
in
a
bowl
and
add
the
fried
mixture.
