Methi(Fenugreek)
Seeds
and
Mustard
Seeds,
roasted

leaves

Huli
(Sambar)
Powder

tbsp
Coriander
leaves,
Cleaned
and
Chopped

tsp
Fresh
Coconut,
Grated

large
Tomatoes,
Peeled
and
Chopped

Oil
Salt
to
taste
METHOD :
Heat oil in a kadai(pan/wok) add the Garlic and Onion and fry for some time. Next add the Ginger and Huli/Sambar powder to it along with a cup of water and stir. Add the roasted spices, Salt, Broccoli and Curry leaves and stir well. Cover the kadai and simmer until Broccoli is cooked. The florets should be coated with the masala but not completely dry.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and Coconut. Serve hot.
