Bhindi

Powder

grated
fresh
Coconut

Turmeric
Powder
2
tsp
Green
Chilies,
Chopped
2
tsp
Coriander
Powder
1
tsp
Garam
Masala
2
tbsp
Oil
Juice
of
1
Lemon
Salt
to
taste
METHOD :
Clean and slit the Bhindi lengthwise. Mix Coriander leaves, Coconut, Turmeric powder, Green Chilies, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and Lemon juice. Stuff this mixture in each of the Bhindi's. Heat oil in a kadai(pan), add the stuffed Bhindi's and shallow-fry in Oil till done.
Serve with Phulka or Roti.
