Bharwa Tinda Recipe – Spicy Side Dish

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 kg apple gourd (washed, peeled)
  2. Pinch of asafoetida
  3. 1 tbsp oil

Filling:

  1. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  2. 1 tsp fennel powder
  3. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. Pinch of garam masala

How To Make Bharwa Tinda?

1. In a bowl add all the filling ingredients and mix well.
2. Slice the tindas criss cross and fill the masala.
