Bananas with Coconut

Ingredients:
2 Raw Banana
1tbsp Oil
1tsp Urad dal /Black Gram split
1tsp Mustard Seeds
2 - 3 Red Chilies, Broken
2 small Onions, Chopped
10 - 12 Curry leaves
"' tsp Turmeric Powder
2tbsp Coconut, grated
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil whole Bananas, peel them and dice them. Heat Oil add Urad dal, Mustard Seeds, Red Chilies and Onions. Fry until the Onions turn pink.

Now, add Curry leaves, Banana pieces and after 2 - 3 minutes add Salt, Turmeric and Coconut and toss well.

Serve hot with Roti's or Rice.
