Sugar
1tbsp
Ginger
paste

Refined
Oil
Method:
Boil
Potatoes
and
peel
them.
Heat Oil in pan and fry Mustard and Ginger paste.
Add the Potatoes and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the Chilies, Sugar and Tomato paste.
Add enough water to make a thick gravy.
Simmer
for
a
few
minutes
and
serve
with
Puri's
also
known
as
Luchi
in
West
Bengal.
