Aloo Pattis

Ingredients:
250gms Potatoes, Boiled
1 Onion, Chopped
2tbsp Mint leaves, Chopped
1tsp Red Chili Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
2tsp Cornflour
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder

Method:
In a mixing bowl mash Potatoes, add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Shape into Pattis and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with Mint Chutney and Tomato Ketchup and Salad.
