Fried Aloo Ki Sabji: Navratri Vrat Recipe
Aloo ki sabji is a common side dish with roti. Baby potatoes is also known as chota aloo. Chota aloo ki sabji is a tasty fried vegetable which can be made even during vrat. This Navratri, prepare fried chota aloo ki sabji or baby potatoes sabji. Lets check out the Navratri vrat recipe, fried aloo ki sabji or baby potatoes sabji.

Ingredients
4-6
boiled
and
peeled
baby
potatoes
cumin
seeds
green
chillies
curry
leaves
rock
salt
turmeric
powder
coriander
powder
red
chilli
powder
oil
coriander
leaves
Directions to make Fried aloo ki sabji or baby potatoes sabji, Navratri vrat recipe:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the boiled potatoes for 1-2 minutes till it becomes golden brown. Keep the fried potatoes in a tissue paper to drain excess oil.
2. In a small bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Put some water and make a semi-liquid paste.
3. In a pan, heat 2-3 tsps oil and add curry leaves and cumin seeds. When the seeds start to burst, add the semi-liquid spices paste and mix. Also add chopped green chillies.
4. Now add the fried potatoes and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
