Aam Ki Sabzi

Ingredients:
3 Raw Mangoes
5 gms Mustard Seeds
5 gms Cumin Seeds
5 gms Carom Seeds
3 gms Asafoetida
5 gms Turmeric Powder
20 ml Oil
10 gms Sugar
5 Whole Red Chilies
50ml Water

Method:
Cut the Mangoes into big chunks along with the skin.

Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.

Season with Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder and Whole Red Chilies.

After the seeds splutter, add the Mango pieces to it.

Cook for a few minutes and serve hot with roti's.
