Veg Pulao Recipe – easy pulao recipe for vasant navratri

Ingredients:
1. 1 large sweet potato (diced in small pieces)
2. 1 cup basmati rice
3. ' cup dill leaves (chopped)
4. 2 tsp ghee
5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
6. 2 cloves
7. A piece of cinnamon
8. 2 green cardamom
9. 2 tsp rock salt
10. 1-2 green chillies
11. 3 cups water


Method:

1. Fry cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, green chillies, dill leaves one after another in the same order.

2. To the above mixture add potato, rice and continue frying for 5-6 minutes or until light brown.

3. Add 3 cups of water with salt, chilli powder and pressure cook up to three whistles. Tasty veg pulao recipe is done and is ready to serve.
