Yummy Peas Pulao With Butter Recipe

If you are running out of time, then you can also prepare microwave peas pulao. However, today we would like to sharing a simple yet delicious way to prepare peas pulao. This peas pulao recipe has minced carrots and the rice smells extensively of butter. If you want to try some rice recipes for main course, then try this recipe.
Peas Pulao Using Butter Recipe:

Ingredients
1.
Basmati
rice-
1
cup
2.
Peas-
½
cup
3.
Carrot-
1
(chopped
finely
or
minced)
4.
Cloves-
2-3
5.
Raisins-
5-6
(optional)

Bay
leaf-
1
7.
Salt-
as
per
taste
8.
Butter-
1tbsp
Procedure
1.
Wash
and
soak
basmati
rice
in
water
for
an
hour.
2.
Melt
butter
in
a
pressure
cooker.
Season
with
bay
leaf
and
cloves.
3.
Add
the
soaked
rice,
carrots
and
green
peas.
Mix
well
and
saute
on
a
medium
flame
for
about
2
minutes.
4.
Now
sprinkle
salt
and
mix
all
the
ingredients
well.
Add
the
raisins.
Pour
water
as
much
required.
5.
Pressure
cook
for
the
duration
of
two
whistles.
6.
Once
the
pressure
is
released,
serve
the
peas
pulao.
Serve the peas pulao with butter hot with curry or salad.
