Methi Rice Recipe - Healthy Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups Methi leaves
  2. 2 tsps Oil
  3. 2 nos. Green Chilies(finely chopped)
  4. ' tsp. Black Pepper
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 6 nos. Cashews(chopped coarsely)
  7. ' tsp. Cumin Seeds
  8. 3 cups Rice

Methi Rice Preparation:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, green chilies, methi leaves and fry until the leaves change color. (maintain the order)
  2. To the mixture, add black pepper, salt and ghee fried cashews. Mix well and leave aside to cool.
  3. Before serving, mix rice with the masala. Tasty methi rice is ready to serve.
