Mangodi Pulao

lunch Ingredients:
200 gms Basmati Rice
50 gms Mangodi ( Moong ki vadi)
Salt to taste
5 gms White Pepper
20 gms Cashew nut
20 gms Melon Seeds
5 gms Cumin Seeds
20 ml Oil

Method:
Take a fry pan and heat Oil in it.

Add the Mangodi's and saute for 5 - 6 mts.

Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 mts.

Now add the cooked rice and mix it well.

Keep the lid on it and let it cook on a slow flame for another 2 mts. Garnish and serve hot.
