Dry Fruit Pulav For Your Kiddies
This evening pamper your little ones with a sweet delight. No, we are not talking about a sweet dish! This dry fruit pulav is yummy at the same time delicious to indulge in. The ingredients in this rice recipe is dry fruits and a handful of spices.
Though this rice recipe involves spices, you should avoid putting too much of it as it will hinder the taste of the dry fruits. The best way to balance the taste is to make sure you drop in only a minimum quantity of spices.
The Dry Fruit Pulav recipe is also an elder's favourite. When you over cook the rice, it seems to taste a lot better. To treat your family tonight, try this delicious Dry Fruit Pulav recipe.

Ingredients
- Rice - 2 cups
- Almond- 10
- Rasins- 10
- Cashews- 10
- Ghee- 2 tbsp
- Pepper Corns- 1tsp
- Salt To taste
- Bay leaves - 2
- Saffron -a pinch
Procedure
- Heat water in a deep non stick pan. When hot, place in the ghee in another deep non stick pan.
- Add bay leaves, peppercorns, almonds, cashew nuts and raisins to the ghee and stir. Add rice and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add salt and saffron to the mixture and sauté for ½ minute. Add in 3 cups of hot water.
- When the mixture comes to a boil, again, cover and cook till the rice is done.
Your yummy and easy dry Fruit Pulav recipe is now ready to eat. You can have a serving of sweet or khara raita on the side.
