coconut
grated
Chopped
and
cleaned
corriander

the
level
of
hotness
one
wants
One
onion
Ginger

Salt
Method:
Grind
all
the
ingredients
mentioned
for
a
paste
and
keep
aside.
In
a
pan
heat
the
ghee
and
oil.
Add
jeera
and
cloves.
Once
they
splutter
add
the
slit
onions
and
saute
for
a
minute.Now,
add
the
peas
and
fry
for
a
while.
Add
the
rice
and
the
ground
masala
and
saute
for
a
minute
more
and
transfer
the
ingredients
from
the
pan
to
a
rice
cooker
or
pressure
cooker
and
add
water.
Serve
hot
with
Raitha.
