Cauliflower-

Green
chillies-

nos
(chopped)
Cumin
seeds-
½
tbsp
Red
chilli
powder-
½
tbsp
Turmeric
powder-
½
tbsp
Cinnamon-
2
nos
Cloves-
2
Salt-
to
taste
Oil
Procedure
1.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan,
and
add
cumin
seeds,
cinnamon
and
cloves.
Wait
till
the
cumin
seeds
splutter
and
till
the
onions
turn
golden
brown.

Now,
add
green
chillies
and
onions.
Saute
it
well.
3.
Then,
add
red
chilli
powder,
turmeric
powder
and
salt.
Stir
it
well.
4.
Add
the
cauliflower
to
the
pan
and
stir
it
well
with
spices.
Cook
this
in
medium
flame
for
10
minutes.
5.
Stir
it
continuously
till
gobi
becomes
golden
brown.
6.
Now,
add
cooked
rice
and
mix
it
well.
Now,
add
coriander
leaves
and
mix
it
well.
You
can
cook
it
for
5-6
minutes
and
turn
off
the
flame
after
that.
