beans

onion

chillies
finely
chopped

soured
cream
100g
diced
and
fried
capsicum
3
whole
garlic
cloves
finely
chopped
sugar
1
tsp
vegetable
oil
lime
juice
red
chilli
powder
black
pepper
powder
1
tsp
paprika
coriander
powder
1/2
teaspoon
cumin
powder
1
fresh
pitta
bread
salt
Directions
to
make
vegetarian
shawarma
recipe:
1.
Heat
oil
in
a
frying
pan
and
add
pepper,
garlic
and
onion.
Fry
them
till
they
become
soft.
Now
add
carrot,
beans
capsicum,
sugar
and
salt
and
mix
well.
2. Grind cream, green chillies, red chilli and coriander powder. Add this paste to the pan. Now add lemon juice, cumin powder and paprika.
3. Heat the bread and spread the mixture in the middle as stuffing. Roll the bread and wrap it.
Vegetarian shawarma, the snack recipe is ready to eat. Serve it hot!
