Spinach

Methi/Fenugreek
leaves,
Chopped
1" piece
Ginger
'
Cup
Coriander
Leaves,
Chopped

Chilies,
Chopped
Salt
and
Pepper
to
taste

tsp
Sugar
1
tsp
Cumin
Powder
'
tsp
Turmeric
Powder
A
pinch
of
Asafoetida
2
Onions,
Chopped
finely
2tbsp
Oil
Method:
Mix
all
ingredients
together
and
using
lukewarm
water
prepare
a
dough.
Grease a tava or a kadai and press a ball of dough on it, to form a roti.
Pour
a
teaspoon
of
Oil
all
around
and
roast
till
golden
brown.
Remove
and
serve
with
chutney.
