Rice Roti

Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Ground Green Chillies - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt

Method:

Fry chopped Onion, Green chillies, Coriander leaves, in oil for 5 min. Add 1 cup of water. When it starts boiling, add 1 cup of Rice flour and stir continuously. Keep it on low flame for 10 min.
Mix other 1/2 cup of Rice flour with the cooked mixture. Knead very well into a soft pilable dough. Roll out rotis like chapathis using dry flour. Shallow fry Roti without using oil.
Serve hot with Coconut chutney and butter. Also, it can be served with any Vegetable curry.
