METHOD :
Grind Mint leaves to a paste. Sieve Flour and Salt in a bowl. Rub in 2 tbsp Ghee evenly. Add enough water to bind to stiff dough. Add Mint paste and mix well. Knead again. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 portions. Roll them into balls and flatten them. Roll each ball into a thin round, like a Chapathi. Heat a tava and roast the Mint Rotis adding a little Ghee from the sides. Similarly prepare the remaining Rotis.
Serve hot with butter, Pickles, Raitha or plain Curds.
