Plain Thepla

INGREDIENTS :

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) Powder
2 tbsp Ginger - Chili paste
4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Curds
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

METHOD :

Mix all the ingredients together to make a stiff dough. Divide into balls and roll out each one into thin round Chapathis. Heat a tava and roast each one on both sides using little Oil till done.

Serve hot with Pickles. It is very convenient to carry while traveling and remains edible at least for a week.
