Methi Chapati Recipe, Tasty Indian Bread -
Ingredients:
- 1 cup methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- Water as per requirement
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsps of Oil
- Ghee for frying
How to make methi chapati:
1.
Fry
the
methi
leaves
in
a
teaspoon
of
oil
until
the
leaves
change
color.
2.
Add
the
leaves,
wheat
flour,
salt,
little
oil
and
water.
knead
it
to
a
soft
dough.
3.
Make
small
balls
of
the
dough
and
roll
it
to
a
thin
round.
4.
Heat
the
tawa
(pan)
and
fry
the
chapatis
with
ghee
until
the
brown
spots
appear.
Tasty
methi
chapati
are
ready
to
serve.
This
methi
chapati
recipe
serves
2.
Serve
the
chapati
hot
with
ghee
and
a
spicy
chutney.
