Methi Chapati Recipe, Tasty Indian Bread -

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
  2. 2 cups Wheat Flour
  3. Water as per requirement
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tsps of Oil
  6. Ghee for frying

How to make methi chapati:

1. Fry the methi leaves in a teaspoon of oil until the leaves change color.
2. Add the leaves, wheat flour, salt, little oil and water. knead it to a soft dough.
3. Make small balls of the dough and roll it to a thin round.
4. Heat the tawa (pan) and fry the chapatis with ghee until the brown spots appear. Tasty methi chapati are ready to serve.
