Homemade Rasam Powder Recipe -

Ingredients:

1.11/2 tsp toor dal

2.5 dry red chillies

3.1 tsp cumin seeds

4.1 tsp coriander seeds

5.1 tsp pepper

6.1 tsp dry curry leaves (or fried fresh curry leaves)

7.1 tsp of oil (even ghee can be used)


Method:

1.Roast all the the above ingredients with a teaspoon of oil until they turn aromatic. Set aside the ingredients to cool.

2.Powder the fried ingredients in a food processor (small grinder) and store the powder in the air tight container. Tasty rasam powder ready for your rasams.
