Some Things To Remember
While making this preparation, there are certain things that you'll need to remember, which are as follows:
• Check the boiling time, as more boiling can make the rasam taste bitter.
• You may want it spicier. Don't add more pepper than mentioned. Rather, you can increase the number of chillies.
• Never grind garlic, as the strong smell can ruin the dish. Always chop or crush the garlic cloves.
Basically, rasam is a part of the South Indian cuisine. But, you can try it at home to give your taste buds a unique taste. So far, you have made rasam in your usual style. However, try this new method and you will love it for sure.
