Capsicum Dal

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS
100 gms Moong Dal
2 Capsicum
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Few Green Chillies

For Seasoning:
Oil
Mustard Seeds / Rai
Cinnamon / Jeera
Red Chillies
Asafoetida / Hing

METHOD:
Boil Moong Dal and keep it aside. Chop capsicum, tomatoes and onions.
Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cinnamon, red chillies and hing to it.
Add onions and fry them for a few minutes.
Add capsicum and fry for some more time. Now add tomatoes and moong dal.
Let it boil for about 7-10 minutes. Hot and spicy Capsicum Dal is ready.
