Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 2 cups
- Methi leaves - 1 cup (chopped)
- Palak leaves - 1 cup (chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1tbs
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 2 to 3
- Coriander - 4 to 5 strands
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
In
a
bowl
add
methi
leaves,
palak
leaves,
cumin
seeds,
grated
coconut,
chooped
green
chilli,
coriander
and
salt.
Mix
them
well,
now
add
the
rice
flour.
Keep
mixing
and
add
water
accordingly.
Don't
make
the
dough
too
smooth.
Keep
aside.
Now
in
the
pan,
add
oil
and
spread
it
through
out
the
pan.
Take
a
handful
of
the
dough
and
spread
it
on
the
pan
with
your
hands.
Add
oil
on
the
dough
and
on
the
edges
of
the
dough.
Cook
until
it
turns
brown.
Take
the
methi
palak
akki
roti
on
the
plate
and
serve
it
hot.
