Indian Style Garlic Noodles
Noodles is one of the most popular Chinese dishes which is prepared worldwide. The basic Chinese recipe has been modified as per local tastes. For example, the noodles is prepared using some authentic spices like garlic and red chillies in many cuisines.

Ingredients
1.
Noodles-
1
medium
sized
packet
2.
Garlic-
10-15
pods
(crushed)
3.
Green
chillies-
3-4
(sliced)
4.
Onions-
2
(sliced)
5.
Carrot-
1
(sliced)
6.
Soy
sauce-
1tsp
7.
Red
chilli-
2
(powdered)
8.
Salt-
as
per
taste

Oil-
2tsp
Procedure
1.
Boil
water
in
a
deep
bottomed
pan.
When
the
water
starts
boiling,
add
the
noodles
and
pour
1
teaspoon
and
sprinkle
some
salt.
2.
Stir
well
and
let
the
noodles
boil.
Adding
oil
and
salt
prevents
the
noodles
from
sticking.
3.
Once
done,
strain
the
noodles
and
flow
some
cold
water
once.
Separate
the
noodles
suing
a
fork
and
then
keep
it
aside.
4.
Now
heat
the
remaining
oil
in
a
frying
pan.
Season
with
powdered
red
chilli.
5.
Saute
the
onion
and
garlic
on
a
medium
flame
for
about
2
minutes.
6.
Now
add
carrot,
green
chilli
and
mix
well.
7.
Sprinkle
salt
as
per
taste.
When
the
onion
looks
a
little
tender,
add
the
soy
sauce
and
mix
well.
8.
Add
the
noodles
and
mix
well
so
that
all
ingredients
are
evenly
mixed.
Indian style garlic noodles is ready to eat. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or manchurian.
