Raw Mango Chutney - Tangy Chutney For Dosas

Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Mango, Grated
1 Cup Sugar
2tsp Chili Powder
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat a kadai, add Mango and Sugar and let it cook until a sugar syrup is formed.

Now add Cardamom, Pepper Powder and Salt.

Store in airtight jars.
