Mint Chutney

Ingredients For Mint Chutney:

l cup firmly packed mint leaves
5 spring onions
3 fresh green chilies
l clove garlic, optional
l tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
l tsp curry powder
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp water

Method For Mint Chutney:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Serve with rice cakes, Indian bread or rice.
